I am affiliated with the social and development sector for the last 18 years. I have done MA in Economics. I have accumulated a rich experience in the social and development sector with various dimensions. I have been involved in multiple projects funded by USAID, DFID/FCDO, the Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan, Royal Norwegian Embassy, Save the Children, FAFEN, and other worthy donors. During past years has learned and successfully demonstrated various aspects of development, implementation, and quality assurance of development programs and established partnerships and linkages with relevant stakeholders including local government representatives, line departments, communities, and other national and local organizations. Currently working with Right To Play International as Program Manager and leading organizations program in Sindh.

Reporting to the Country Manager Right To Play Pakistan, the Programme Manager is a senior management position, based in Sindh for the DIFID funded What Works – To Prevent Violence. I am responsible for planning, management and implementation also serve as focal technical as well coordination person for Sindh.
Key area of the responsibilities are programme development and delivery, liaison with government department including provincial administrations, other CSOs and I/NGOs, conduct trainings for staff, teachers, school leaders and educators on play based learning mythologies, Work closely with teacher training and curriculum development institutions in province to integrate Right To Play’s methodology into curriculum; text books and class room teaching, lead programme implementation team, promote understanding of Right To Play goals and objectives at provincial level, M&E and reporting, financial management and reporting and support policy dialogue with education department for integration of Right To Play mythologies in teaching practices.
Served as technical lead person south region of the programme implementation, programme and projects planning; management and implementation, coordination with government department including provincial administrations, other CSOs and I/NGOs, serve as lead trainer and capacity building expert for staff, government officials, volunteers, partners and participating children and youth. Promote understanding of Right To Play goals and objectives. M&E and reporting, financial management and reporting and support policy dialogue with education department for integration of Right To Play mythologies in teaching practices.
This was an educational developmental project aims to promote positive child and youth development, active learning methodologies through sports and play as tool for development. My responsibilities were project implementation, coordination with government department including district/provincial administration, other CSOs and I/NGOs , capacity building of Teachers, Teacher Educators, government institutions and community organizations, and youth, financial management and reporting, hiring; induction; orientation and supervision of staff and coaches and security management and logistics.
With British Council Pakistan, had been affiliated as a Lead Facilitator since 2007 for its Interaction and Global Active Citizen Programme , has facilitated in following workshop and conferences across Pakistan and abroad.
• International Study Visit (ISV) a weeklong community engagement and learning event held in Bangladesh in 2013,
• Training of Facilitators (ToFs) at Dhaka Bangladesh.
• Co-facilitated a three day UK-Pakistan Active Citizen Scoping Workshop 12- 14 February, 2008 at London.
• Co- facilitated a four day “Pan African Event” a mega event of Inter-Action Leadership Programme held at Living Stone Zambia which was facilitated by 23 African, UK and Pakistani facilitators and participated by 150 participants of 19 different African countries.
• Co-facilitated a three day workshop of Inter-Action Leadership Programme at Tema (Ghana) attended by 16 participants from diverse back ground of Ghana.
• Trained not less than 200 facilitators belonging different backgrounds and regions of Pakistan through week long Trainings of Facilitators (ToFs) with UK and Pakistani facilitators.
• Workshops for the (youth not less than 600) across the Pakistan through week long workshops to learn the social development concepts, skills and attitude to play a leadership a role in their societies and beyond for social cohesion and sustainable development.
• As a manual development team member have contributed in development of facilitator resource book and a refresher training manual for Active Citizen Programme me.
