Installation and connections of various energy meters (Lovato DMG610, Inter SN0518)
Installation & Power connections (I-e 300mm cables) of MV distribution transformers 400/11KV (2500kva to 5000kva).
Termination of XLPE (H.T) Cables in VCB panel, and operation of VCBs.
Installation of instrument transformers (CT / PT) and their sizing selection according to load requirement.
Proper lugs installation and proper jointing of cables by joint kits up to 300mm cables.
Load management of whole company I-e (4MW POWER)
Energizing and De-energizing of 2500 to 5000kva transformers, Operation of transformers i-e stepping up and stepping down power of transformers.
Connections of star delta circuits & reverse forward circuits of motors.
Handson experience of troubleshooting and overhauling of 3phase induction motors.
Troubleshoot & maintenance regarding to electrical & electronics equipment & follow the management and process.
Handle the tasks of developing and designing electrical systems of power system for industrial purposes.
Work closely with third party contractors i-e monitor contractor\'s work quality and cost.
Maintain spare inventory, buying from national and international suppliers, Prepare & schedule preventive & Corrective maintenance.
Have capability to compare multiple quotations of third party companies and selecting the best economical solutions for company regarding electrical power projects.
Having good knowledge about electrical drawings.
