I am currently working as a Senior Technical Writer at Ascertia Ltd. Ascertia has a PKI cryptographic software product, i.e., ADSS Server, that is afull-featured, modular trust services platform built to deliver all of the essential trust services required by Enterprises, Trust Service Providers, orGlobal Governments. I am responsible for handling all the product documentation for ADSS Server, which includes:

All the tasks previously performed as a Technical Writer.
Guiding junior resources and training newly hired Technical Writers.
Providing my required input across all the teams working on their relevant products.
Engaging with senior management, defining and constantly improving the structure of documentation.
Maintain the company website with updated documentation.
Ongoing identification of improvement areas in the documentation, including new use case documents with each sprint.

My job nature includes interaction with developers, QA resources, support teams, and senior management in order to produce relevant manualsand documents that can be used by clients and internally as well.

I worked as a Technical Writer in Ascertia Ltd. We have a PKI cryptogapgy software product that provides end to end encrytion via Digital Signatues and Digital Certificates. I am responsible for handling all the product documentation that includes: 

Update current documents
Create new documents according to use cases
Updating and creating User Manuals
Updating and creating FAQs
Updating and creating Release Notes
Updating and maintaining product Admin Guide
Updating and maintaining content on company website.

Currently I am working as Business Analyst primarily role of a Data Science Consultant at Confiz Limited. I work on Power BI platform which is a Microsoft tool for Data Analytics. The product on which i'm working on is C-Analytics which is an Analytics solution for Power BI.
My operations include end to end deployment of product on Business User server as well provide on going support for the user after deployment. The tools that are included are Visual Studio ETL/SQL, SQL Server 2012 and Power BI desktop. Creation of new reports as well as new measures for different fields in Power BI desktop are included in my tasks.

I have worked on the post of Associate Functional Consultant at Confiz Limited and have my expertise on Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP. I have worked on different platforms of Dynamics AX including Dynamics 365 and Dynamics R2 and R3. I have worked on multiple tasks of various projects that include Al-Fatah, Borjan, Stylo, FFL, TGS and my end to end delivery project was JDOT. The modules I have worked include Financials, Supply Chain and Retail.
The natue of my job included interaction with client, understanding their business model, requirement gathering, suggesting best practices according to their requirements, end to end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX on client server.
