a. After being privileged enough to enjoy the perks as a head of production department for couple of years coming back to design proved to be a paradigm shift from a learning point of view.

Achievements
a. Team building as Fabrizio was emerging as a new ethnic apparel brand but it was lacking on human resources capability wise so I helped to put right people on the right place.

b. Supply chain I happen to develop systems that helped to improve the efficiency from 15 working machines to 50.

Productivity eventually smoothing out the whole production process and liaising with other relevant departments took the production units up high from 700 to 6500 and retail outlets from 3 to 20
