• Carry out product design through the full cycle.
• Lead a design team & Operations team on various projects.
• Be self motivated team player with the drive to achieve project schedules.
• Organize daily and weekly team tasks to ensure effective time utilisation.
• Conduct and improve on Project Management for design as outlined in the QA
System and the R&D Structure document.
• Ensure that the design process is followed and improved.
• Ensure that design documentation is recorded e.g. Bill of Materials.
• Ensure that management documentation is recorded e.g. time sheets.
• Lead periodical project review and product specification.
• Liaise with other teams in the company as required.
• Co-ordinate prototyping of products including testing, verification and revisions.
• Troubleshoot problems with the team and assist in other teams if required.
• Communicate with customers for input and feedback to products and perform
demonstrations.
• Take part in the induction of new team members.
• Identify training requirements for the team.
• Report on projects and give presentations
• Train Technical Support Team, Operations Team and others as necessary in new
Products and revisions.
• Travel to customer sites and trade shows as required.
• Other tasks as are required by management

• Prepare presentable and accurate cost estimates.
• Do quantity takeoffs for tender verification.
• Attend pre-tender meetings and job site investigations.
• Review cost estimate with manager 24 hours prior to tender closing date.
• Liaise with operations and project supervisors throughout entire project.
• Track progress of project and assist with extra prices, troubleshooting to ensure overall success of the project.
• Supervise preparation of all sub-contracts to ensure timely and accurate contract
• Administration.
• Conduct handoff meeting with operations (including distribution of approved construction drawings and documents).
• Ensure each job has a proper contractual arrangement, (i.e. indemnification agreement, purchase order).
• Identify and initiate the ordering of unique job materials.
• Identifying Needed Data and Information for Inclusion in the Proposal.
• Preparation of Technical Data Sheets for procurement, Technical Evaluations of
vendor offers, and Discussion with vendors and coordination with Buyer till
Offer commercially approved.
• Contract Review, Project site study/ survey, analysis of System requirements.
• Researched and Selected new IT & Security Vendors and Systems, dramatically increasing Efficiency & Local Market Research, Contact with vendors & Product Research.

• Project Planning, Scheduling, Technical execution (Site Survey, Installation,
Commissioning) Documentation, Making the Proposals, Costing of Project &
Survey, Cabling (Underground, Pole to Pole & Concealed Wiring etc.
• Preparation of Technical Data Sheets for procurement, Technical Evaluations of
vendor offers, and Discussion with vendors and coordination with Buyer till
Offer commercially approved.
• Preparation of Integration diagrams, Technical data sheets, Functional Design
Specifications, Concept Study Reports, and Data Flow Diagram.
• Preparation of Architectural drawings, Wiring diagrams, Signal diagrams of system
& taking approval from client.
• Manage e EBI (Enterprise Building Integrator) installation and its integration
with CCTV, Access Control System & Alarm Systems Software Programming/
Maintenance of Close Circuit Television, Access Control System & Fire/
Security Systems & their network connectivity over LAN/ WAN (Internet)/
RAS/ Fiber optics connectivity as per application..
• Contract Review, Project site study/ survey, analysis of System requirements,
and preparation of complete BOQ for proposed system including Installation &
Commissioning material in the view of system integration, to ensure that the
System should work at site.
• Integration of all above security systems with central monitoring station.
• Providing Technical support/ Training (specially for System Technical
Presentation, demonstration etc.) to the marketing.
• Providing Integrated Solutions/ proposals to the client as per their
Requirements related to Close Circuit TV, Access Control Systems & other
Security related Systems.
