Implemented techniques of Lean Manufacturing and Line balancing in the organization to enhance the production from 4000 radiators to 6000 radiators per month, thus fulfilling the clientâs requirement and enhancing the sales of organization.
Through the implementation of Kaizen and KPIâs, I devised a smart working system in which surplus manpower was reduced thus saving the capital of organization.
For the first time 5S techniques were introduced and implemented in the company in order to maintain a smooth and organized production floor.
