Administer questionnaires provided by the programme team and accurately record responses ((i) collect data, (ii) Verify and Properly file, and (iii) Report)
Conduct interviews in a dignified manner, ensuring that the interviewing candidates meet the criteria set by the project.
Ensure of the quality and accuracy of information collected by systematically verifying and correcting questionnaires at the end of each interview.
Ensure timely submission of data and proper archiving of forms as instructed by the programme team.
Participate in briefing and debriefing sessions with the Techbnical team and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.
Provide relevant input and recommendations to improve data collection and processing throughout the course of the assignment.

Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.

Responds to requests from MEAL department for retrieving data from the database or electronic filing system.

Screen all the beneficiaries attending different OPDs of the hospital using screening tool
Ensuring that all the identified presumptive cases reach the designated Doctor
Ensure that all the identified presumptive cases provide sputum and transport the sputum to the Xpert testing site, bring the result back to the hospital and register the TB patient
In case of Rifampicin Resistance (RR) detected, coordinate with the DFS and hand over the patient to DFS for further management and registration at the PMDT site
Prepare monthly record of the screened, presumptive, positive TB case and RR cases and report to the DFS coordinator
Ensure compliance with security procedures and policies as determined by country leadership.
Proactively ensure that team members operate in a secure environment and are aware of policies.
Perform other required tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Are an integral part of HIV and AIDS related services provided by us.
Most of these services are linked with public sector health care facilities that provide AIDS related treatment & services and treatment of opportunistic infection, TB DOTS Program & general medical care.
