• Leading as a Planning & Contract Manager to achieve Project Planning, Monitoring & Controls deliverables & finalization of vendor, contractors as per requirement.
• Responsible for developing planning strategies for different local & international contractors (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & PEB Installer) to ensure timely completion of Contractual deliverables.
• Responsible for earned value Analysis and performance reporting of the Projects.

• Prepared Procurement Plans based on the Baseline Schedule, Long/Short lead items, tracking of POs & Lcs to ensure timely supply of material, Machinery/Equipment’s.
• Monitor work progress and completion dates; compiling reports, shipment schedules, inventory levels, costs and site execution problems
• Prepared Material Submittals, Shop Drawings and overall documentation submission and approval plans.
• Support and Prepare Executive Integrated Project Reporting, Includes Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports, Shipment status report, financial status report.
• Communication with Project Stakeholders & holding Progress Review Meetings on Weekly & Monthly basis.
• Possess knowledge related to Project Management Areas such as Schedule Management, Change Management, Cost Management, Performance Management, Risk Management & Contract Administration.
• Responsible to Review all claims submitted by the contractor and advise project company accordingly.
• Responsible to verify Contractors Invoices, Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) and to maintain deduction of mobilization advance, withholding income tax.
• Responsible to verify all Contractors documents including Claims, reports, letters & Emails and coordination to resolve all issues in time.
• Extensively experienced in using Primavera P6, MS Office & AutoCAD.
• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
• Understanding and meeting all contract requirement, communicating with managers, supervisor, and the rest of team.
• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
• Identify and reports activities which have a critical and potential impact on schedule.
• Prepare Project Execution Plan (PEP) and to ensure PEP is achieving.
• Prepare schedule, manpower and quantity progress and performance reports.
• Prepare scheduling presentation to company and client management as required.
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report
• Conduct follow-up and support visits in project intervention areas.
