Administrative
• Recruitment of District staff (e.g FHE, SFS, Office assistant, Doctor, Paramedic, Counsellors, Finance/ IT assistant and others)
• Maintains personnel file
• Utilization and channelling of funds (that is used for office expenditure)
• Accountability and transparency of systems in place
• Reviews monthly meeting notes
• Monitors mohalla meetings progress to see if the sessions were delivered efficiently
• Looks after SF clinics, outreach camp, office and administrative management
• Ensures the availability of medicines/ contraceptives/ vouchers/ BIN cards
• Manages audit and quality assurance of inventory
• Checks the authenticity of the stock
• Report any discrepancies to the validation office
Operational
• Determines CYP regional quarterly projection to achieve, divided according to region
• Manages teams for daily tasks (FHE, SFS)
• Ensures FHE and SFS visit 20 houses daily
• Instils field staff to achieve numbers and meet projections
• Organizes meetings with government bodies and clinic owner to create PPP
• Assesses the situation of the clinic in order to build PPP
• Seeks government official for permission of setting up camps/ building PPP
• Conducts assessment of area to setup camps/ building PPP
• Supervises the pre-camp setup
• Regularly visits the outreach camps and SF clinics in order to check and compliance to USAIDs rules and regulations
Managerial
• Manages office and camp staff
• Instructs them with their daily tasks
• Monitors the performance and keeps a check on the SF, outreach and office staff
• Take ownership of the key project documents and ensure that they are delivered to a high quality and on time
• Develop and own the Programme Design documents (including roles and responsibilities, scope and costing)
• Create a detailed project work plan and monitor progress against plan and budget
• Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies
• Develop relationships with key partners (Government, UN agencies, Private sectors) to promote a collaborative working environment with MoUs where appropriate
• Ensure child rights based approach to programming
