Working with a cross-functional team of mechanical and electrical engineers to develop first Pakistans Automatic Peritoneal Dialysis (APD) machine at Byonyks Lahore R&D facility. Here I am working in the machine design department to design, test, and innovate new engineering in medical devices, my responsibilities include-Utilizing engineering to develop new machine components. -Developing CAD models, mechanism analysis, and analyzing their real operating/ working scenarios using Finite Element Methods (FEA & CFD).-Developing workshop, and inspection drawings as per ISO standards. -Developing prototypes, and testing them as per actual applications.-DFA, and DFM applications in the design process.-Developing Go/ No Go gauges for testing the critical machine components, and inspection instructional documents for incoming inspection.- Developing Jigs and Fixtures for ease in the machine assembly process.- Developing Rigs for assembly QC, and prototype testing.
