RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintaining all records of new and old employees.
• Payroll management.
• Doing all procedures regarding job advertisement to job hiring.
• Making decision about job rotation,job placement,job opening.
• Resolving all issues regarding employees.
• Making dalers+corporate policy & Agreements.
• Typing all letters related to employees,complaint,warning and related to business.
• Making attendance of all departments.
• Collection of all activity reports of employees on daily,weekly & Monthly basis.
• Keep my eye on all activities of employees in offices.
• Keeping eye on employees through CCTV Camera.
• Making schedule of meetings.
• Responsible for soliciting fresh and top up customers and offer loan through callings and e-mails.
• Manage & supervise in the branch to achieve timely & accurate processing of customer requested loan transactions.
