• My responsibility is to ensure that restaurants operations are efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos. I like to coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size/ type of the outlet; and responsible for the business performance, quality, standards and health/ safety of the restaurant.
• I am responsible for taking care of the cash counter.
• Direct dealing with the merchant accounts and make sure that the credit card accounts and devices are operational all the time.
• Operating a POS software was a great experience along with taking care of the restaurants cleaning and checking all the kitchen items are clean and appropriate.
• I am also responsible for the repair/maintenance of the restaurants and ensure that all the furniture/fixtures are accordingly.
