Dealing with corporate clients and providing them required information regarding the products
Handling and preparing quotations
Generating GST invoices
Forwarding all taxed invoice to the senior management and entries in excel maintained ledger
Review and checking Payments/Invoices requests from project offices in accordance with Tax rules and procedures.
Verify documentation for processing of payments ensuring correctness and completeness of requirements for input to the system.
Data entry of invoices in excel.
Assist in handling day to day operational activities.
Support the staff on all accounting, budget or financial queries.
Monitored vendor, operational advances and other receivables and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items, taking corrective follow up actions where required.
Respond to both normal and unpredictable operational needs.
Maintain contacts and liaise with relevant stakeholders as needed;
Perform other related duties as required.

For 8 Weeks ( 2 Months ) from 27 June 2018 till 24 August 2018, I did an internship at PAKISTAN TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY LIMITED, an Telecommunication company which is the sole provider of Landline, DSL, IPTV and EVO CharJi and covers large areas in Pakistan.

I have worked in Cost & Regularity department for 6 weeks. The main responsibilities of this department was to prepare:
Historical cost analysis, evaluate cost of each department, allocate cost to each of the product according to its nature (Variable and Fixed cost), per unit and per KB cost, Reduce variable and fixed cost.
Locate expenses for all of the regions, close non-profit generating exchanges and prepare cost benefit analysis for regions and exchanges.

I have worked in Capital budgeting department for two weeks. The main responsibility of this department was to prepare:
Feasibility reports for every project, financial and commercial evaluation of non-revenue generating projects i.e. routine projects, billings and market up-gradation projects.
Co-ordination with other departments (CAPEX Planning, Commercial and Technical department) for project implementation and evaluation, Post implementation project review according to analysis, result and trends and locate projects business and social benefits.
