Ø Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.

Ø To be responsible to review and check all the company reports on the behalf of Head of the Department.
Ø Responsible to suggest solution/ actions plans if any problem arises.
Ø Responsible for strong follow up/monitor and analyses all the report and take action plans against the deviation from concerned department.
Ø Work with company CEO and/or Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
Ø Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings and appropriate email, and regular interpersonal communication.
Ø Research with regards to new projects, site identification & selection, site implementation services, asset procurement, communication & network management and end-to-end complete ATM deployment solution.
Ø Site visits, meetings with the clients & Banks to discuss the feasibility of ATM deployment at various off-site locations.
Ø Factor accessibility, visibility, demographics and density of ATM's to ensure efficient site selection, covering all aspects of site feasibility, plan and layout, and local clearances.
Ø Providing back-end support to the clients as well as the banks with regards to ATM deployment and
Ø Operations.
Ø Problem solving by applying logical and lateral thinking to issues and then coming up with viable sales solutions.
Ø Good at building relationships across different levels and with people from all social or cultural backgrounds.
Ø Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
