• Provide support to field team in maintenance of their projects’ records, compilation of project updates/fact sheets at different field offices, compilation of beneficiary records and provision of up to date information to field team
• Help in collecting background information for concept papers and proposals
• Weekly reporting on progress
• Responsible for identification, verification and registration of beneficiaries for livelihoods interventions
• Collection of relevant data and participation in surveys related to livelihoods interventions
• Active liaison with relevant stakeholders to avoid any conflict
• Present and actively coordinate in distribution of inputs related to livelihoods interventions
• Facilitate beneficiaries in effective utilization of grants which they receive under different interventions related to livelihoods.

• Gather the basis information about the village/Area /location from PIC and supervisor.
• Tehsil Team Leader will give her/him 10% of the total filled forms after random selection.
• Verification of all 10% Filled by the visiting household that interviewed by the enumerators.
• Rectification of mistakes and discrepancies if forms(if any)
• Recording to common mistakes in filled forms by the enumerators.
• Provide feedback (with evidence ) to supervisor regarding enumeration issues
• Will give overall feedback monitoring to the supervisor.
• Hold an official identity card issues and stamped by the concerned distt manager of the NRSP concerned.
• Except during authorised holidays, devote herself/himself to her/his duties will not become interested or engaged directed or indirectly in any trade, business or occupation whatsoever , except with the prior approval of the Tehsil Team Leader.
