Looking after cutting and closing section i.e. shoe’s upper part.
 Looking after daily production, in which target based production is monitored.
 Material management i.e. issuance of material according to article’s requirement and material return based on
its cost.
 Management of layout according to type of article.
 Management of workers according to their work skill and production rate.
 Time study of articles to improve efficiency, cost of article and production output.
 Worker’s salary, based on their total work output and attendance.
 Inventory management on weekly basis for production booking i.e. to monitor the financial profit or loss of the
conveyor which would affect monthly salaries.
 Achievement of daily and monthly production target by efficient utilization of all the resources.
 Work with quality department to manufacture the product according to specifications.

. Looking after the Production Department that include Drawing, Stranding, Extrusion Processes. Both LV and MV (Triple Head Line).

. Scrap Calculation according to the Raw Material consumed on the Certain Order as per Technical Sheet.
. To ensure get the maximum efficiency from the Machines by using the Practical and Statistical Techniques.
. Emphasize on the Team Work and most to reduce the Scrap Percent by utilizing the right tools and Employee Training procedures.

Learn all the processes required in making of Cement. Learn all the mechanical equipment and the maintenance required to keep a factory running.

The key responsibility was to examine the working of Dam and its Mechanical Equipment and then reporting back to the GM about the learning.
