Inspecting shipment’s packaging and service area and weight to apply appropriate service charges.
Booking Data and Physical Shipment’s reconciliation.
Generation of Load Sheet before end of day.
Making booked COD shipments available well in time for regular line haul connection.
Arrange and follow-up for Pickup delivery van.
Receiving & Resolution of pending reasons, through customer and network coordination at customer’s premises.
Providing booking, transit, delivery and pending information of customer shipment instantly.
Resolve day to day service related issues at customer site.
Close coordination with customer service desk and network.
Providing and submitting monthly customer feedback forms.
Provide daily reports on shipments through COD Portal, if required.
Ensure Project staff’s outlook/ appearance and systems.
Prepare regular COD Business analysis.
Keep an eye on business share and update sales for counter action.
Facilitate customers on their weekly reconciliation, close coordination with accounts, finance and IT.
Coordinate with E-retail monitoring desk to track shipments or update status of any shipment.
Coordinate with customers in verifying the reason for Return shipments.
Coordinate with business development manager to resolve remaining issues of customers on a proactive basis.
