o Evaluate the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of clinical diagnostic equipment.
o Arranging technical follow-ups.
o Meeting with senior health service staff and other managers to exchange findings.
o Dealing with technical queries from hospitals, labs and provide them proper solutions of their problems.
o Regular visits to customers to check, rectify and solve problems on daily basis.
o Report all the feedbacks to my HOD.
o Keep all the records of the instruments, manuals log books, daily breakdown register.
