: Ensure Completeness Of All Receipts As Per Stuffing List
: Inform Immediately To Manager Logistics For Any Discrepancy Or Damage
: Ensure Timely Preparation Of Related Documents For Kit Received And Issued
: Maintain Stock Statement Of In Bond
: Ensure Timely Issuance Of Kits And Accessories To Production & Dispatch Department
: Liaise With Import Officer To Ensure Timely In-bonding And Ex-bonding Of Kits
: Prepare Report Of Container Space Utilized And Submit To Management By End Of Each Kit
: Verify Stock Physically At End Of Each Month And Submit Report To Dept-Head
: Carry Out Allied Work As Instructed By Department Head

: Accurate and timely processing of Orders to ensure no transaction is left open in exceed
: Accuracy and competency on WMS exceed and software
: Accurate and timely completion of all records with updated files
: Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of WMS
: Proficiency in MS Office/ IT Skills

: Inventory maintenance,this includes daily inventory ordering, inventory adjustments, calculating daily return stock, etc.
: To ensure inventory quantity ordered must be sync with physical quantity received.
: Maintain optimum stock level and monitor customer service level.
: Ensure accurate and timely completion and reporting of all inventories related reports.
: Must have an exposure in purchasing/ inventory/ material/ and planning or equivalent.
: Undertake other necessary functions as determine from time to time by Superior.
