- Maintain the company’s entire HSE management system database.
- Ensure all incidents are classified in line with internal and external (IADC – International Association for Drilling Contractors) guidelines.
- Produce and present weekly, monthly, annual statistics to top level management for critical decision making.
- Produce and present monthly statistics to IADC for bench-marking the company’s performance on an international level alongside competitors.
- Through trending and analysis; identify areas of improvements to overall HSE performance, processes, programs and training requirements.
- Plan, monitor and report all day to day activities for both; hard and soft services.
- Coordinate with respective supervisors to ensure all planned maintenance activities is carried out in a timely manner.
- Ensure all additional works with cost impact on the overall budget is discussed and approved by the Client (SCB, HQ) prior to works being carried out.
- Provide corporate finance with accurate details for monthly invoicing to the Client.
- Participate in weekly, monthly progress meetings with the Client.
- Assist business development in the bidding process for potential FM contracts.
- Liaise with specialized service providers (lifts, fire alarm system, security, pest control etc.) to conduct initial site surveys and submit quotations to be incorporated into the company’s bids to prospective clients.
- Ensure conditional site survey data for existing contract is meticulously compiled and formally submitted to client prior to finalization of contract agreement.
- Interviewing potential candidates for MEP (in-house scope of works) activities.
- Ensure all necessary amenities are in place prior to mobilization of operational staff.
- Plan, monitor, and report all day to day operations activities on the prestigious ‘The Wave’ Muscat Project.
- Plan MEP activities by means of updating, generating PPM schedules via the CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
- Coordinate with Soft Services (cleaning, landscaping, waste management) subcontractors with regards to planning, monitoring and reporting of all daily, weekly and monthly activities to be carried out.
- Ensure all additional works with cost impact on the overall budget is discussed and approved by the client prior to works being carried out.
- Liaise with client, strata management, consultants and subcontractors to discuss and finalize monthly invoicing to/from all stakeholders.
- Assist FM Manager in forecasting and pricing additional scope of works and monthly, yearly budget review and control.
- Plan, monitor and report project deliverable for the Musanna Military Airbase on a daily basis.
- Ensure all required installation drawings, method statements are kept updated and readily available on site.
- Conduct field observations for obstructions and hindrances to project progress and report the same to the client for further discussions and resolutions.
- Ensure all required resources; human and or material are sourced in a timely manner.
- Ensure all required survey activities are carried out pre and post installation activities.
- Coordinate and follow up order and delivery of critical material (deep base cans) on site.
- Liaise with client, consultants and attend meetings on behalf of the CEO as and when required.
- Plan, monitor and report project deliverables on a daily basis to both; internal management and client.
- Coordinate and follow up with civil works subcontractor with respect to their deliverables.
- Through trending and analysis provide statistics for ongoing and additional scope of works.
- Ensure compliance of Ericsson’s Business Process within account unit GCC.
- Ensure compliance and alignment of internal project management process (PROPS-C) with PMBok (Project Management Book of Knowledge).
- Assist in bidding for new potential scope of works with respect to project and resource planning.
- Responsible to drive the Quality Management System in line with ISO standards and corporate quality manual and directives.
- Ensure all quality objectives and directives are implemented and reviewed by all concerned department heads prior to annual management review meeting.
- Attend and assist in quality management system audits conducted by corporate internal auditors.
- Coordinate with corporate quality management division and ensure all required information is updated on the intranet in a timely manner, especially prior to external third party audits.
- Monitor all day to day activities of the engineering document control section to ensure all procedures and process are being followed in a timely manner.
- Create and implement control processes and procedures for documentation with critical classification e.g. confidential, highly confidential, top secret etc., and ensure copies of such documents and drawings are returned back in time.
- Ensure that the technical library is kept in order and up to date with the latest standards and guidelines.
- Assist department head with budget, forecast and resource planning activities.
- Participate in pre and final handover meetings with client for completed activities and milestones.
