JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Involved in all aspects of project for Fabrication & Erection of 13 NOS
Storage Tanks & 75000 Dia Inch Piping at Pak Arab Oil Refinery Mehmood Kot.
 Participation in daily, weekly and monthly meetings with construction management to review work
progress, materials, resources, efficiency analysis and future plans.

 Site Progress Efficiency & Man HRs analysis and supervision to best utilize available resources.

 Identify problematic areas & critical activities, and provide remedial work/solution to avoid / rectify
the problems before occurrence.

 Ensure all work done is as per Method Statement & Project Specifications.

 Preparation of work packages for site Supervisors.

 Organizing the Supervisors team to ensure that work can proceed without interruption and
generating the adequate work from client to continue the work without any halt and look after the
Fabrication and Erection.

 Supervise the works especially from material reservation from client in line with system completion.
Handling all site design modifications.

 Ensure the availability of required manpower during weekends/off hours for maintenance by
issuing weekly.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Involved in all aspects of project from Initiation to Closing for Fabrication &
Erection of Dextrose Plant Including SS Tank, Pipe Line & Equipment Installation, at Rafhan Maize
Product & Co Ltd. Cornwala Plant.
 Assisting the Planning Engineer and the Construction Supervisor in preparation of the site
construction plan that are consistent with the requirement and availability of the drawing, material,
specifications and target dates.

 Updating the site plan and informing those concerned when progress is falling behind and
maintaining a constant check on material and tool & plant delivery dates.
 Updating the appropriate staff and site supervisors of any changes to their workload.
 Monitoring site progress and preparing daily and weekly progress report.
 Preparation of Cutting Plan of Different Material by using Auto CAD and Raised MPR.
 Developing and implementing the planned and actual progress chart (S-Curves) and analyzing the
deviation from the plan.

 Preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to measure the quantity of the work to
be done.
 Preparation of Cutting Plan of Different Material by using Auto CAD and Raised Material
Procurement Equitation.
 Preparing daily and weekly report both for client and corporate head office.
 Developing and implementing the planned and actual progress chart (S-Curves) and analyzing the
deviation from the plan.
 Reporting to the Project Planning In charge about current work progress and making comparison
between the plan and actual progress and studying the impact of deviation in plan.

– Sheet Metal Shop: Learnt about marking and cutting of sheets and different sheet metal working process like Blanking, Bending, Punching, Drawing, Perforating, Notching and slotting.
– Machining Process: Learnt about different machining process on conventional machine which include drilling, boring, turning, facing, threading, tapping, counter turning, step turning, shaping and planning.
– Work Study & Ergonomic: Applied work study & Ergonomics Principle to set the layout of sheet metal working shop and organized the work place for the worker and machine.
– Assembly Line: Learnt the whole assembly line process of tractor.
– Quality Control Department: Visited the quality control department and to learn about quality standard and performed different material testing test.

– Heat Treatment Shop: Learnt different type of heat treatment like Normalizing, Quenching and Tempering.
– Welding Department: Learnt about different type of welding like Arc welding, Spot welding, Gas welding,
– TIG welding and MIG Welding.
– Injection Molding Department: Learnt about injection molding machine and its different parts and study the different defect that can occur during the manufacturing of Plastic parts and their control.
