Under the umbrella of Pakistan China Institute, I performed the following responsibilities.• Designing and preparing projects and event plans• Managing designing, creation, production, and dissemination of printed publications for administration purposes.• Providing organization-wide e-communications and support, managing the contact database and keeping close liaison with government stakeholders, authorities, civil societies, politicians, Foreigners and embassies (Especially China Embassy).• Worked as a coordinator for Chinese language classes in Pakistan China Institute based in Islamabad and Lahore.• Worked as a Assistant administrator in different events at state level and between Pakistan and China i.e CPEC MEDIA FORUM 2017 and 2018, BOOK LAUNCHING CEREMONY OF CHINESE PRESIDENT “ XI JINPING”( The Governance Of China).• .Recording of events and preparing press release and give to local and international media (Print and electronic), i.e. PTV, DAWN media forum, Xinhua news agency (China), BBC and CNN etc.• Arranging meetings of foreign delegates with Chairman Pakistan China Institute Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayid and Executive Director Mustafa Hayder Sayed.• Provide advice and assistance with writing job description.• Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.• Identify training and development opportunities.• Organize staff training session, workshops and activities.• Provides staff orientation.• Monitor daily attendance.• Investigate and understand causes for staff absences.• Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.• Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.• Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.• Schedule and organize interviews.Participate in applicant interviews and operations.
