- Working with designer for making new collection for factory owned brands.
- Marketing Research for upcoming projects.
-Hunting new suppliers for effective cost and quality within the product material areas.
-Communication with Inside and outside factory to complete tasks via telecom, emails and visits.
-Arrangement of material and accessories for sampling.
-Planning for Production and product development.
-Repot to Director regarding new collection working and research and production matters.
- Handling all challenges occur during given tasks by Director.

Maintaining development of samples, Pre production and Production planning as per customer requirement and timeline.

Completing all works for pre production, and Bulk Production (Planning, & Execution)

Making presentation for marketing.

Meetings with Suppliers, Buyers for good business relation.

Follow up on calls and emails with customer and supplier.

Maintaining development and Production with labor department (fabrication,cutting, pattern, printing/emb, stitching, and finishing, shipping/dispatchment)

Arrangement of accessories required for development and production.

Reporting to Director regarding daily works.

Conversation between buyer and buying house.
