• Provide supervisory role to field activities.
• Deployment of team in disaster or other emergency situation.
• Briefing and debriefing of the field staff on daily bases.
• Monitor the activities of field and find out their issues and search a proper solution.
• Capacity building of the team members.

• Giving psychosocial support who are imputes in conflict
• To make long term strategy for victims their social and economic support
• Meeting with authorities and local elders for programme acceptability
• Celebrate world disability day and world mine action day
• Meeting with health department to assist imputes
• Weekly narrative report sharing with Pregame manager
• Documentation of best practices & successful case studies.
• Any other task assigned by line manager.
