I am currently working as a Finance Manager at M/S Feroz Aziz’s Client Turkish Company M/s. KK Textile Chemical (Pvt) Ltd which is involved in the business of Textile Chemical Import Products and Supervise 3 more E-Commerce Companies Finance & Accounts. My responsibilities include:
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
• Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
• Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company.
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
• Controlling income, cash flows and expenditures.
• Prepare and Managing Budgets.
• Prepare costing sheet for imported products.
• Prepare costing sheet for inventory on weighted average method.
• Preparation and providing monthly data for withholding taxes.
• Prepare year-end closing and audits.
• Co-ordination with SECP regarding Compliance matters.
• Co-ordination with clearing and freight forward agents regarding shipments and other import matters.
• Coordinate with Vendors & Customers regarding reconciliations of ledger and other issues.
