§  Progress of work is monitored through project scheduled and it remained in continuous discussion regarding its implementation with Contractor.
§  Coordination with key stakeholders like designers in order to run the project smoothly and flawlessly.
§  To prepare and continuously monitor the financial budget of the projects.
§  To make sure that every work should be documented and every activity at site is performed and checked by Inspection Request which is raised by the Contractor overnight.
§  Keeping an eye on the material wastages and ensuring zero wastage especially for steel rebars. In order to control the wastage of steel, Bar Bending schedule is prepared before start of any activity and every effort to make wastage minimum is taken even, we took designer onboard and get feedback from him.
§  Ensuring the quality control at each level of the activity by frequent visits, guiding the supervisory staff and interaction with the contractor closely and above all making sure the presence at the time of major pouring activities throughout the pouring time.
§  To control the quality, strict measure is being taken and in case of any deviation from standards, drawing and specification is found site instruction and Non-Conformance report is issued accordingly.
§  Ensuring the safety at site and giving safety awareness to the workforce during site visits and delivering lecture during morning assembly.

Key Project: Penta Square Project DHA Phase 5 Lahore (Construction of six mix used towers including apartments, offices and commercial, max of which having sixteen (16) stories in addition to 3 basements and Ground floor)
Key Project: Construction of Danish School Peer Mahal (Construction of Danish school includes two academic blocks G+1, Library block G+1, Multipurpose Hall, and a Admin block)
Successfully administer daily operations while managing resources, engineers, facilities, contractors’ personnel, system completion records, KPI, progress tracking reports, quality review and surveillance. Actively liaise with client, contractor, and design team to oversee finishing and structural tasks of the project and complete all functions in an efficient manner. Examine daily activities and inspection requests by the inspectors and provide guidelines to the staff for current and future activities.

Oversaw daily activities and inspection requests of inspectors and presented reports to the senior management. Facilitated Project Manager in managing duties as per requirements of the project and producing shop drawings, method statements, and transmittals for various ongoing site activities. Analyzed daily and monthly reports of the contractor while verifying IPC of the contractor on daily basis.

Key Project: Construction of “New Islamabad International Airport” Pakistan (Construction of New Airport in Islamabad to facilitate passengers under one roof, including passenger terminal building, runways, air traffic control tower and all other infrastructure facilities) for Civil Aviation Authority Pakistan (Client)
Designed and supervised interface control management procedures, and interacted with stakeholders to generate time and cost implication documents for client approval. Delivered first-rate support to the Project Manager in managing various duties and revising technical and financial bids of the contractors while following project requirements.
• Established and evaluated contractor construction policies for accuracy, supervised contractor performance and highlighted any concerns to line manager for resolution.
• Presented recommendations to inspectors to analyze daily activities and inspection requests and evaluate shop drawings, method statements, and transmittals for different activities.

Oversaw spreading backfilling material for roads and villas, infrastructural works, steel reinforcement work for the structure, inspection and concreting of villas’ tunnel formwork, and post concrete activities at the site. Discussed all technical issues/problems at site and safety by conducting project coordination meetings and facilitating with the senior management. Oversaw and revised material inspection requests as per project specification and shop drawings of steel reinforcement and determined technical issues/problems at site and safety and deliver progress to the management.
• Prepared and revised QA/QC manuals, method statement, site observation notes and non-conformance reports and delivered solutions and closing NCR after rectification of work.
• Functioned in close collaboration with site and core team/management to examine approval submittals, MIRs, and any onsite issues and maintain record of contractor’s progress.
