Responsibilities:
• Provides patients information by explaining hospital admission policies at the time of Admission.
• Issuing vouchers and tokens for all procedures and surgeries.
• Admits emergency room patients by obtaining information from family members. • Provides information to doctor and family of their admitted patients.
• Accomplishes admissions and hospital mission by completing related results as needed.
• Daily patients filling reports.
• Responsible for patients card maintaining and keeping records.
• Worked different units (laboratory, Radiology, Admission, Operation Theater, Ward and OPD).
• Make requisition and maintain department inventory.
• Handle enquiry regarding investigation, lab tests and multitasking.
• Handle cash & credit transactions according to policy.
• Check & process prescribed lab tests according to policy in order to avoid any contractual problems.
• Work under pressure & tight deadlines according to policy.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, Compile and Sort Documents for Data Entry.
• Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail verifying and logging receipt of data obtaining missing data.
• Maintains database by entering data. Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures.

• Should be able to write emails in English.
• Handle maintenance and operation of our computer system.
• Set controls on computers and other devices, respond accordingly when errors occur and maintain the records.
• Enter Data from source documents into MS Excel.
