In this job my roll and responsibilities are as follows.
- Investigate the market to identify potential acquisitions and perform
research to determine how appealing each opportunity is.
- Relay information to inventory and employee management team, taking
their reports into consideration at all times.
- Create forecast of demand to be prepared for upcoming requirements
- Review delivery orders to ensure on time supply met.
- Receiving, evaluating, verifying and booking of all incoming invoices into
proper heads of accounts.
- Solely responsible for maintain all cash transactions in PKR and USD.
- Preparing all journal, bank payment and cash payment vouchers in PKR
and USD currency.
- Verifying vendor’s Income Tax and Sales Tax status and withholding of
income and sales tax from payments under proper sections of Income and
Sales tax Act and rolls.
- Timely and efficiently calculation and disbursement of labour wages.
- Proper filling of all accounting records.
- I am responsible for handling all flow of accounting transactions from
receiving of invoices till disbursement of cheques and proper record
keeping of documents.
