Turnaround / Shutdown.Implementation of companys HSE policy & Procedure for the achievement oforganizational HSE objectives effectively. Perform Risk Assessment and developJob Safety Analysis (JSA) in conjunction with management and project engineers.Performs, continues monitoring and identifies high risk potential advice appropriateloss control measures to ensure compliance with the established safety health andenvironment standards and procedures.Carrying out safety inspections / hazard identification / risk control exercise at allover the site.Provide an advisory service to all level of employees on matters pertaining to Health,Safety and Environment.Participate in Accident / incident investigations. Carry out safety audits to assessHSE performance of all sub-contractors. Conduct HSE site inspection to all newentries and conducting training for staff. Daily inspection of the site to identifyhazards associated with the work, if any, and initiate appropriate measures toover come them. Inspect work activates to identify potential hazards and advisesupervisors / workers the risk factor involved with the particular activity and thecorrective measure to be adopted. Conduct tool box talk for the workers, supervisorsand senior staff. Report un safe acts and conditions, and initiate corrective actions.
