As a member of joint evaluation team (Pakistan, US- New York, Nepal, and Iran) was responsible to conduct evaluation of IFRC ‘Afghan Population Movement Emergency Appeal’ interventions in KP and Baluchistan.  The Evaluation is specifically designed to:
• Assess and provide lessons that will help inform the response capacity and readiness of National Societies and host communities, particularly in countries receiving large numbers of refugees and other people on the move seeking protection.
• Inform IFRC strategic decisions and planning to support a sustainable and effective response to the needs of refugees and other people on the move from Afghanistan to the regions neighbouring Afghanistan, specifically Tajikistan, Iran and Pakistan.

The alignment of budgetary processes and financial flows with the SDGs framework is one major area for the localization of SDGs. The budgetary allocations include the development and the current budget of the Federal government. The purpose of this exercise is to map the Federal Chart of Accounts/Call Center/DDO Codes covering all investments against relevant SDGs Target/Indicator and to test system capability to track individual expenditure heads via dis-aggregated budget codes. The outcome of the exercise will allow for the generation of information for policy and decision-making at critical stages of resource distribution and during implementation throughout the fiscal cycle.

Established M&E section in Pakistan Peace Collective (Ministry of Information’s project on counter violent extremism) and introduced realistic M&E frameworks.
Liaise effectively with project donor (FCDO, UK), implementing partners and government departments.
Lead the planning on M&E systems and successfully designed ‘Result Frameworks’, ‘Theory of Change’, ‘Value for Money’, ‘Result Tracker’ and ‘result mapping’.
Process monitoring of diverse project activities including trainings, campaigns, outreach, advocacy, research studies and consultative sessions.
Developed value of money analysis for the programme and appreciated by the donor.
Organized and maintained Risk Register of the project, which resulted effectively to address to issues apprehended.
Consistent monitoring visits, spot checks, and recommendation reports resulted in legislation on safer charity practices in all provincial assemblies including AJK and GB.
Design a training manual for senior government official on CVE strategic communications and media management.
Assist the planning, development, supervision, and implementation of 50+ national training workshops on Strategic Communication and Media Engagement in Crisis Situation in liaison with Government Training institutes to educate 3,000 + trainees, including Parliamentarians, LEAs, Journalists, and Bureaucrats

 Carried out process monitoring of implemented activities and provide feedback to improve the qualities of inputs towards the achievement of desired results.

Conducted result-based monitoring and impact evaluation exercises at district level to document successes and failures at field level and share learning.
Conducted training workshops as a lead trainer and co-trainer for enumerators to build their capacity on survey techniques and data collection methods.
Planned, organized, implemented, and managed the IDRC fellowship Programme for South Asian research scholars.
Developed monitoring reports following frameworks of multiple donors as required by the project objectives and priorities.
Conducted descriptive analysis of economic data to keep Economic Growth Unit of SDPI in bloom of media and news.
Impact analysis of early child hood education, implication of SDGs in Pakistan, textile processing sector and trade barriers.
Published evidence based research reports, working papers and articles with national and international publishers
