Reports directly to HSE Lead and will assist in implementing & monitoring HSE Plan
Responsible for ensuring & monitoring that the work is performed in accordance with the applicable HSE requirements
Act as HSE advisor and promote best practices on all activities Ensure that toolbox talk is conducted prior to the actual commencement of any work on site
Set and lead a personal example of HSE best practice

Performing daily site safety inspections. Organizing Tool box meetings to provide safety awareness. Continuous monitoring of critical activities happening on site. Ensuring permit to work system and audit. Preparing daily HSE observations. Housekeeping and Safety Walks.

To carry out inspections of Fire Extinguishers, Fire Cabinets & fire Hydrants. To make sure any sort of construction, maintenance, and modification work is carried out according to SOP following Safety protocols. To make sure all the firefighting systems including Fire sprinklers and various detectors are in working order. Conduct Fire Drills. To make reports of First Aid, Fire Alarms, General safety inspections, and violations and make sure no work is done without proper PPE.

Site Safety Inspections.                                                                                                 Site Safety Audit. Near Miss Reporting. Accident Reporting. Conducting Tool Box Talk. Inspection of Unsafe Act & Unsafe Conditions. Housekeeping Inspection.

Conduct HSE training sessions. Prepare training records for compliance evidence. Perform regular inspections of emergency equipment as per the inspection plan. Act vigilantly and respond quickly to handle Emergencies at an early stage. Prepare accident/incident reports and investigate the occurrence. Regularly visit shop floor, carry out risk assessment for critical works in shop floor. Visit shop floor daily to ensure that all workers are using PPE. Organize fire drills and manage all necessary documentation assisting the Health & Safety Manager with day-to-day activities.

Ensure that there is no open health hazard in the work environment. Ensure that all HSE rules are followed. Ensure all working staff is using PPEs accordingly. Issue warnings in case of HSE rule violation.
