· Performed additional role of 'Co-Focal Person' for the 'Right Here Right Now' program, a multi-partners international initiative spanning five years aimed to promote reproductive health rights for youth across ten low and middle income countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. · Spearheaded the implementation of ‘Pakistan Child Marriage Prevention Initiative (PCMI)’ project, funded by Plan Sweden, with support of implementing partner (R-FPAP) in three districts; Rajan Pur, Muzaffar Garh, and Vehari.
· Ensured the alignment of project with 'Asia Child Marriage Initiative (ACMI)' program objectives and guidelines.
· Represented my organization in an international workshop, aimed to improve the ‘Theory of Change’ for Child Marriage programs in Asia, held in Bangkok (March-2015).
· Successfully influenced the amendment in Child Marriage Restraint Act of Punjab in 2015, as a result of advocacy efforts, carried out along with CSO network.

· Led the implementation of a ground-breaking 'AWAZ- Voice and Accountability', project devoted to the fulfillment of basic human rights of rural communities in district Lodhran.
· Facilitated the development of strong coordination between government bodies and civil society by creating a network of civil society organizations
· Built the capacities of men and women for demanding their health and education rights, as well as for resolving local conflicts
· Organized sports and cultural activities at community level with the help of youth, after building their capacities in planning, execution and resource mobilization.

· Empowered mothers and fathers from ninety rural communities by transferring technical knowledge on primary healthcare, family planning & birth spacing, using specially designed IEC material.

· Built the institutional capacity of Association members for managing the operation and maintenance of irrigation channels including revenue collection and maintain records
· Developed strong coordination with Irrigation Department at both divisional and provincial levels
· Piloted an innovative scheme of community-based 'revolving fund' and built the capacity of four selected Associations. It was aimed at breaking the shackles of poverty by using the funds alternatively by the members
· Oversaw the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of 'DG Khan Rural Development Project (DGK-RDP)’ funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), while posted in Project Management Unit (PMU)
