● Responsible for proper displays of all products all the times.
● Ensuring categorization, i-e the items coming in store is being placed in its proper aisle on the category,
● Documentation of all processes and procedures related to Floor, also responsible for collaborating with the other staff of the company and Chief Officers to achieve company goals and objectives effectively.
● Responsible for store demand, and schedule of arrivals of supplies with the purchase Manager,
● Manager Goods Receiving and store Staff.
● Checking Cleanliness in all racks and items placed over it and ensuring that it is free of dust and in proper saleable condition.
● Maintaining timing and off day schedules of store staff for smooth running of operations.
● Meeting with the company’s representative for any kind of activity which is going to start on the store.
● Checking expiry of the items and ensuring that the near expiry date item is being removed from the aisle.
● Having a grip on all staff members that they are performing their duty well and reporting to admin if any abnormality.
● Checking log / Complaint book on daily basis and making strategies in such a way that the complaint once lodge in the book will not be seen again. Also having a interaction with the customer, who has faced problem while shopping.

● Training the staff for better customer services.
