Supervising a team of six QA Engineer and coordinated activities with 25 developers
Responsible for all aspects of the QA cycle for assigned projects
Developing Test Cases, Test Strategies and Test Plans that will ensure comprehensive test coverage
Be part of a cross functional Global team that develops and supports the product using Agile methodologies
Participating and aware of all sorts of agile ceremonies (user story grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospective)
Working closely with technical and non‐technical peers and senior management to promote successful delivery of products and services
Supporting continuous improvement of the current test process
Coaches and mentors the team, provides ongoing feedback, and conducts performance management and talent development activities
Provide testing estimates for body of work
Ensure adherence to the specified Quality Process standards and framework
Develop and participate in test strategy/test plan walk troughs
Analyze and recommend where ever possible improvement in Testing Process

 
 Involved in QA process during different stages of product development life cycle from requirement analysis, test planning, and test bed creation till post release regression cycles.
Designing and executing test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications and ensure trace ability to those specifications.
Hands on experience on automated Performance and load testing using JMETER
Experience with fast paced environment like Agile Methodology.
Expertise in execution of ETL Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
Expertise in Manual testing & Mobile Application Testing
Experience in RESTFULL web service testing using Postman. Validated JSON formatted data, different http status code like 200, 201, 400, 415, 500etc
Extensively experienced in Smoke testing, Functional testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, UAT, Accessibility Testing and Sanity Testing.
 
Experience on Writing SQL queries to extract data from various source tables to perform database testing
