Recruitment/New Hire Process
Managing end-to-end Recruitment-TAT (Advertising of vacancy, candidate sourcing, behavioral interviews, salary negotiation, orientation)
Coordinate with Managers/ Directors to a centralized database of budget, available, vacant status, and track timelines & TAT to close those positions.
Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Engagement & Performance Management
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Conduct various Employee Engagement Activities to create an enabling & encouraging work environment (Monthly Training, Activities, Gifts Hampers, etc.
Organizational Development
Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans.
Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
Overall Payroll Management by organizing and controlling the complete HR payroll cycle on monthly basis.
Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors.
Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
Handled employee terminations - final paycheck calculation and processing, along with exit interview
