Presently working in ALSONS AUTO PARTS (Pvt) LTD. as Assistant Manager in Plant Maintenance & Production 
Engineering Department leading a team of 13 members including 5 supervisors allocated in different sections for 
maintenance facility, Report directly to General Manager (Plant Engineering). I am responsible for the overall 
availability and smooth operations & maintenance of machines in all aspects (which includes Press Shop, Injection 
Molding Machines, Paint Shop and all Plant Maintenance and Fabrication related activities) Key responsibilities 
include.
Responsibilities and Operations for Plant Maintenance
o Managing and planning smooth and proper functioning of daily maintenance activities. (control and 
monitoring)Manage teams for proper corrective maintenance of machines.
o Planning timely maintenance schedules.
o Propose upgrades and system enhancing renovations.
o Communicating System faults and malfunctions to principles to get them fixed in time.
o Correspondences with Spot purchase Department for the solution of Critical item lists and accurate 
purchasing of required material.
o Monitoring and managing Optimized spare parts handling for maintenance department. 
o Plan & Ensure overall Preventive Maintenance activities which includes:
o Systematic inspection
o Detection
o Correction
o Prevention of incipient failures
o Motivate team members for completion of job.
o Responsible for understanding and execution of EMS (ISO 14001-2004), QMS (ISO 9001-2015), 
OHSAS 18001-2007.
Responsibilities and Operations for Production Engineering
o Technical/Feasible Studies.
o Managing all new projects to ensure, they are completed on time, within budget & scope.
o Create & execute project work plan, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs & requirements. 
o Leading & Designing/Developing/Managing/Maintaining Mechanical, Fabrication & Civil Projects.
o Managing budgeting and purchasing equipment & project required material.
o Communicating project updates to the management & project teams.
o Review deliverables to ensure quality is consistent with requirements.
o Making BOQ’s and billing of Projects.
o Selecting & coordinating with Contractors.

Operational service worked on chillers, cooling towers, pumps systems and compressor to optimize
the operation of systems.
o Performed preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC mechanical, plumbing system,
machines and various other building systems to maintain the temperature and humidity.
o Managed all metal duct components and performed repair to all ventilating and air handling units.
