• Manage smoothly sourcing/buying from different suppliers on behalf of company and individually for customers.
• Process purchase requisition/ orders to different vendors and finalize all the terms before placing an order to them.
• Once received inquiries from customer, search different sources to provide better solutions to customer in terms of technical ,cost effective, delivery lead time & others as per there requirement if any.
• Study work order properly before acknowledge to customers.
• Prepare comparative between different suppliers regarding rates and try to give maximum profit to company.
• Coordinate & control order cycles and allocate & manage staff resources according to the diverse need of the company.
• Manage all process of supply chain from sourcing, transporting (imports) till final delivery to customer. Arranging freight via Sea/air from freight forwarders /courier companies on different incoterms (EX-WORKS, FOB, and C&F & FCA).
• Process & prepare all documents related to export & imports such us (advance payments, bank contract, L/C, CAD invoices, packing list & others as per company requirements).
• Develop & maintain cooperative working relationship with colleges.

Its a unilever distribution company i am working here as a Operations assistant manage all the queries of supply according to area maintain and check Daily sales report also check the claims schemes credits of parties.

Manage all the clients in term s of freight both air/sea prepare SI on like intra and different shipping line portal also visit clients for dealing .prepare sales/schedule CRO issue B/L checking copy to clients.Work hard to satisfy customer in terms of any query regarding container hold vessel schedules tracking of cargo and work in all type of cargo FCL/LCL also have a knowledge of THC,B/L charges CRO charges LOLO charges etc.
