- Provides product and pricing information to the customer, forwarding information and answering questions from the customers.
- Visit customers on weekly basis for recoveries and problems they’re facing in our product.
- Coordinate with customers by email and phone calls for orders.
- Generating quotations, Invoices, delivery chalan etc
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory.

Keyword Analysis: Searching best keyword using tools like Google, Google keyword planner. Google Trends, Moz keyword planner. On Page: Meta Tag optimization, Page headings, Image optimization, Hyperlinks, XML sitemap creation in WordPress, Add webpages in Google and Bing web master tools. Off Page: Directory submission, Social Bookmarking, Backlink building using Reddit, Google Blogger, Tumblr, Wordpress Blog etc, Social Media Marketing (FB, Twitter etc)

- Efficiently contributing monthly based import-planning with Sales-Head & Warehouse In-charge; forecasting demand and make new orders as per the market situation.
- In case of EX-Works Proforma-Invoice, ensure accurate movement of all international goods and ensure arrival of goods within required timeframe and obtain best freight rates at all times.
- Assist Import Manager with finances required for future import in an effective and responsible way.
- Handling efficiently indenting business between various customers like Service Industries Limited, Bata Pakistan, Hush Puppies, Shafi [Pvt.] Ltd., Shafi lifestyle [Pvt.] Ltd. & Forward Sports Sialkot with our Principals like M/s: Desma of Germany, Hydroma of Germany, Fortuna of Germany , Keck-Chimie of France, Tecnofilm of Italy & Bombelli of Italy.
- Monitoring & an eagle-eye follow-up on all correspondence of the customers via email.
- Executive Assistance-Post enables me to perform all the tasks assigned by CEO.
- Setting up MS Outlook, troubleshooting Hardware and software issues, linking printers on the network, installing Windows, drivers and company softwares etc.
