Over ten years work experience as a field actor with national and international nonprofit organizations like Save the Children, IRC, LASOONA, ACF, CESVI, HUJRA, IDS, SDPI, and CARAVAN. I worked with emergency & developmental projects in the sector of Food Security and Livelihood, WASH, DRR and Governance. I have the skills of monitoring, team leading, report writing, management, conflict resolution, social survey and data collection, focus group discussion. Under the supervision of the Project Officer social mobilization, the community mobilization officer is responsible for coordinating the field activities, social mobilization, Identification and selection of project beneficiaries, community leaders, formation of COs, VCOs, UCOs ICSPs and facilitate implementation of all project activities at community level. This assignment includes facilitation in development as well as implementation of community plans. Community mobilization officer will conduct community score card. He/She will impart the knowledge of child rights, child protection and balance diet to the students. He/She will be reponsible for sharing of clear and proper relevant project information/ feedback and reports with the Project officer Social mobilization.
Introduction of LASOONA and the project in partner communities. Mobilization of partner communities and facilitate creation, formation and strengthening of village committees’/village organizations. Collect the base line data and assist M&E officer for compilation and presentation of required information. Identification and involvement of the youth in the project planning and implementation. Mobilize community when needed, resolve conflicts as, and when arise. Maintaining beneficiaries' database and time-to-time update and synchronize it. Assist training officer in conduction of Training Need Assessment (TNA) of youth for identified and potential demand driven trainings. Assist capacity-building component of the project including technical and entrepreneurship training of youth. Assisting project Manager in creating advocacy forum and preparation of youth for advocacy activities. Assisting in formation and strengthening of District Coordination Committee (DCC) at district level. Participate in weekly planning and review meetings and fortnightly meetings as and when required. Maintenance and update of filing system and record keeping.
Ensure efficient and smooth implementation of FSL activities. Actively participate in planning and assessments, Facilitate community mobilization, meetings and trainings during community led FSL activities. Directly implement in the field the activities defined in the program in close collaboration with the Field Supervisor. Collect information to ensure the surveillance of the Food Security situation in the area of implementation of the project, when required. To monitor day to day implementation of project interventions, and facilitate the evaluation of the project in the field, as required. Coordinate and provide support to beneficiaries for successful implementation of the program. Participate in the training and education of beneficiaries according to the project requirements. Produce project activity reports from the area of operation as per reporting schedule or when needed. Collect and report any new security information, incident or any change of the context to the Field Supervisor Implementation of the Security plan.
Play a key role on the integration at field level of the different project components (Hand Pump installation. Hygiene Promotion and Distribution Kits). Focus group discussions and individual interviews. Disseminate project related information in an easily-understandable format for communities. Implement activities in a participatory manner for the targeted communities. Carry out community mobilization and project related distributions at field level. Assist CESVI in coordination and interaction with partner organizations, relevant government departments and local authorities on a regular basis. Actively participate in field meetings as assigned by the supervisor. Accurately and responsibly document information. Work within the agreed work plan and ensure timely attention to priority tasks. Facilitate the M&E staff in collecting project related information. Perform any other duties as requested by the Supervisor.
