Responsibilities
Prepared take-offs for subs and bids, estimating the cost, coordinated 200+ bid documents, realized hundreds of claims, budged, order, and change order for client and subcontractor, negotiated them to realize payment and agreements.
Organized preconstruction activities, mobilization, coordinated/ supervised physical works on the construction site.
Bargain to subcontractor, supplier, fabricator, organized order or supplementary order to award the contracts. Liaison with management, consultants and client related to performance, demands, accomplishments, billing and scheduling left overs.
