Duties Performed As:-
Headend Department (3 Months)
• Attain basic knowledge of CATV analog and digital receiving, processing and transmission systems.
• More than 2,500 digital set top boxes record maintained in excel after their software up gradation and checking.
• Installations and configuration of headend equipment.
• Troubleshooting and support on headend technical issues.
Customer Services & Finance Department (1 Year ) Customer Services Department:
• Learning about the products, services and prices within the organization.
• Negotiating agreements with customers that fit in the policies of the organizations and act as the company gatekeeper.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Troubleshooting the outage base transceiver station (BTS) with field team in Rawalpindi and Islamabad regions.
