In coordination with HR and managers for an interview, onboarding, and orientation of all interns

Handing over/taking over company assets at onboarding/exiting time
Coordinate with HR for final settlements, appointment, and experience letters
Maintain and manage the day to day potato inventory for cold storages and for production
Ensure continues supply of potato to plant PC-50 and PC-32
Actively participate in the monthly audit of the stock count at plant and 3rd party cold storages and report submitting
Provide support to shift supervisor, FLMs, and operators to provide good quality stock
Ensure good housekeeping at the plant and 3rd party cold storages
Regular monitoring of Temperature, Humidity and CO2 for good health of potato stock in storages
Maintain and manage the record in soft copy and hard copy in files for monthly audit
Regularly entries of Work Permit, line walks, near-miss in excel files,
Provide daily EHS Dashboard for morning meeting
Ensure closing of all line walks and work permits timely
Follow up for the closing of all observations on a daily basis
Documentation and record-keeping of all documents (WORK PERMITS, LINE WALKS, NEAR-MISS, TRAINING RECORDS) etc.
