Feedback of market regarding activities and position of competitors.
Proper POS material utilization.
Monitoring booking vs. execution and control market return.
Coach, motivate and develop distributors’ and JOJO’s direct sales force.
Develop distributor’s development and value addition plans to improve distribution efficiency while maintaining a healthy ROI.
Actively improve coverage, productivity, Bill drop size, SKU per bill, out of stocks, of the distributor by directly the SOs on key actions by route and section.
