5-Generation of BRN and issuance of bank certificates and statements

8-Replying to the quries of investigation agencies as per bank policy
9-Scrutinize daily transaction vouchers and processing of utility bills
Achievements:
1-Worked according to SOP's of bank and manage 3 to 5 customers at a same time in TAT
2-Bring branch rating to satisfactory as per internal audit in 2018 from unsatisfactory by team work
3-Worked as a first BSO in Rawalpindi, Islamabad to post bills in OTC when it was first introduced in bank
4-Along with my daily work also completed Top100depositors,Legacy, Inoperative dormant accounts and Biometric verification exercise on time
5-Completed different trainings on Islamic Banking, OTC, AML and CFT and Banca takaful.
