Job Descriptions
Daily check the vessel schedule and update it according to the current terminal data.
Take the Approval of the vessel loading plan from vessel's chief officer.
Check the ports of the containers during vessel loading through software.
Checking the hourly moves of the cranes working on the vessel.
Communicate with export supervisor to confirm the proper flow of the trucks from the export yard to the vessel.
Trouble shoots the entire problem during vessel operation by communicating with the supervisors.
Daily reporting to the shipping lines after vessel departed.
Send approval to vessel supervisor start discharge/load from vessel
Daily making vessel berthing plan according to shipping line and take approval from KPT.
Take Eta/Etb/Etd from shipping line on daily basis
Maintain discharge plan and loading plan how to load cntrs on vessel.
Give cut off time to master carrier as per terminal operation handling,
I have all vessel's responsibilities from berthing to sailing

Daily in touch with shipping line/customers/abroad agents and our all offices in Pakistan and all over the world,
Send transshipment details on weakly basis to customers/agents/buyers and our all offices,
Handling all free hand/nominations/consolidations shipments and entertain to customers,
Send all relevant details and information about vessel and shpts to buyers/agents and shippers
Send all documents to the overseas agents.
Maintain House B/L Master B/L as per shippers and buyer instructions and send to them,
Daily maintain send cntrs log sheet to shippers/buyers/agents.
Daily in touch fight with master carriers for cntrs smoothly loaded on his planned mother vessel from c/port.
Daily in touch with our sales team for his cargo booking and entertain his customers according to them.
Take reports from our port guy all shipments will be loaded on planned vessel on daily basis,
Daily in touch with freight forwarders for LCL shpts and maintain console box USA, Europe, Far East.
Send all details/rates/relevant docs/information to our f/forwarders customers,
I was Head of tracking departing and update seagold website on daily basis about cntrs information/transshipments details delivery reports etc,
Also entertain agents/buyers/shippers through via telephone/emails/websites,
Also looking customer's help desk to walking customers like c/agent, importers/exporters.
