Working as an HR Business Partner to:
1. Develop and enact HR policies that support business objectives.
2. Align HR efforts with company goals related to profitability, efficiency, and performance.
3. Outline the organization’s HR goals, identify opportunities to improve processes, and provide recommendations to improve employee morale and boost performance
4. Craft contracts for the new hires and transfers that directly impact and support company-wide or departmental HR efforts to enhance business performance.
5. Analyze trends and metrics in order to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current problems and also to avoid future ones.
6. Work in collaboration with the business determining approaches to matters of recruitment, compensation and other HR functions in order to ensure that the HR programs in place are effective and efficient.
7. Conduct research consistently and avail ways to add value to the business
Promoted in July 2016 to Senior Executive Position, i am currently supervising a team 2 HR Generalists. Apart from ensuring the routine HR functions I am extensively involved in OD projects such as development of a competency matrix and Cycle Time Study for Improvement in current practices.
