Responsibilities And Duties :
Inspection , Production of steel construction works , including ships and other general engineering works. ( welding, dimensions , fabrication and tanks testing ,erection, layout and all steel construction activities) related with work order sheets and ITP plans.
Inspection by check work according to ITP plans and WPS .
Making observations , NCRs and other reports.
Inspection includes: MTC reading , PWPS checked by all procedures including welder qualification, NDT and DT processes, assesment of test reports.Using guages and other equipments for inspection according to standards, ITP plan and WPS .
Beside welding general inspection by check work according to ITP and Making NCRs and other reports.


ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and liquid penetrant testing
Recommend and approve repairs as well as perform visual inspection of completed work.


Work with various ship materials, such as, steel, aluminium and Grades of  stainless steel, etc.
Perform welding inspections on current project sites
Perform inspections on current projects of structural steel
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Ensure that all inspection are carried out in accordance with approved procedures (internal and external), as well as in compliance with specifications and standards
Provides expertise to the Supplier Quality and Site management team for any welding issue.


Observes techniques and performance of welders in shop.
Rework Process monitoring
Perform In-process inspection to comply to BOM or Router, such as: Visual Inspection,Dimensional, Squareness & ovality
knowledge of ASME IX

JUNIOR EXECUTIVE :- Working in ksew for production of ships.
Leading construction team according to planning ,work order sheets and drawings etc.
Other than leading is to lay out all points/parts of ships before construction and before fitting or erection.
Alignment of ships centre line and all angular points through theodolite.
Engine and shafts installation, alignment work coordination .
All fabriaction works of mild steel and welding works.
Making QC offer sheets for QC department to check quality of work i.e according to work order sheet ,ITP plan and dimensionings according to drawing.
