Troubleshooting of CISCO Switches and Routers. ▪ Troubleshooting of Routing protocols OSPF, RIP, EIGRP. ▪ Red Hat Linux operating system installation, backup and disaster recovery. ▪ Installation of Java applications Tomcat Apache, web logic server. ▪ VMWare and Hyper-V 2012, 2008R2 server installation, auditing and updating the virtual servers ▪ Creating mailboxes of users and implement policies and also monitoring and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 and Microsoft office 365. ▪ Backup of all Virtual machines using Veeam backup and replication tool. ▪ Management of Public key infrastructure PKI for certificates distributions and secure communication. ▪ Preparing and updating the Standard operating procedures SOP and disaster recovery plan. ▪ Troubleshooting all types of operating systems e.g. Microsoft Windows, LINUX, Ubuntu, MAC and Centos ▪ Management of all users and group policies in the active directory ▪ Monitoring of DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, FTP, SMTP, Web Server IIS, Apache, ▪ Print Servers, File Servers, Terminal Services, Backup & Recovery. ▪ Standard Installations of all type of software’s and their troubleshooting ▪ Monitoring of Microsoft TMG server and micro-tik server as a firewall for bandwidth monitoring ▪ Configuring Outlook for Microsoft outlook 365 mail server ▪ Backup management, policies and auditing of all servers and Virtual machines on daily basis ▪ Maintenance to Xavor IT Inventory system and up-gradation of inventory on daily basis.
Managing Network consists of D-link and Cisco 3750 switching environment. ▪ Designing and Deployment of Intagleo new building network infrastructure. ▪ Managing AD Domain Controller Server running Microsoft Windows Server 2016 for the organization ▪ Managing auto backup of Intagleo Servers and VMs with Veeam. ▪ Dealing with different vendors system and network based products and services. ▪ Managing development server with SVN Enterprise Server and Microsoft Visual Source Safe Server. ▪ Managing VMware Servers for user's virtual machines requirements and management of VM Machines. ▪ Configuration and management of FTP Server. ▪ Deployment and Monitoring of Network nodes through Solar Winds products i.e. Solar Winds Orion Network Protection. ▪ Responsible for managing 100+ computers and users, troubleshooting and management of inventory. ▪ Handling all network and systems related issues and management.
Managing ATV Head Office Network consist of Cisco 2960 and Cisco 3750 switching environment.
Troubleshooting day to day Network related issues and providing end support to the users to smoothly run Head Office Network.
Working on Microsoft windows server 2012 for internal resource management through DNS, DHCP, WDS and Active Directory.
Providing Network support and helpdesk support to multiple users for their day to day problems.
Managing ATV FTP Server which is being used to latest channel content for live broadcasting over the channel.
Managing ATV wireless Network and providing day to day support to different wireless users to troubleshoot / fix their problems.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Setting up new user’s accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
As a part of IT team providing all possible support to other team members for new Network Implementations.
Preparing reporting documents on weekly basis to provide feedback regarding network issues and troubleshooting.
My Responsibilities are:
• Configuring and deployment of Domain environment on clients.
• To install and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• To setup and configure Print Server and File server for different departments.
• To setup and maintenance of NT/ Server user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• To research, resolve, and respond to questions received via telephone, emails, and call backs. Logs call data and trouble tickets into a central database or help desk system.
• Dealing with Networks related issues like proxy and port error.
• Dealing with CCTV cameras configuration and video recording.
• To Provid regular continuous improvement ideas and solutions to increase the effectiveness of support services.
• To use technical expertise to provide accurate solutions to users in a timely manner.
• To recommend systems modifications and updates to reduce client issues.
• Special projects as assigned by supervisor and leadership.
• Attend weekly, daily and monthly Team meetings.
