Three Weeks internship at Wateen Telecom , and worked with the
technicians team and attended complaints of corporate customer of WATEEN. During this tenure I learned the troubleshooting and resolve the connectivity issues.
• Checking hardware for problems, and repair if repairable

1- Six-week internship at PTCL , on switching & transmission. During internship
I understand & learned: -
• The techniques of switching including circuit & packet switching.
• Calling & its setup
• Understanding networks, i.e PSTN, OFAN, NGN
• Understanding work of Fiber Optic cable, different types of fiber optic cable & connectors.
• Worked on Network Monitoring System of PTCL and communicate the interrupted area of network so that problem can be fixed by technicians.
