• Preparing Renewals and Fire Policies.
• Require essential documents from clients.
• Dispatch and delivery.
• Maintaining Records.
• Analyzing the monthly business reports.
• Solving audit queries and provides required documents.
• Addition of Clients, Vessels, Bank Branches, Risk Locations, agents etc in IGIS.
• Dealing with marketing agents and clients for their issues.
• Working on GIS 2008 System.
• Mailing and scanning documents.

• Issuance of policies, record keeping and process upon claims.
• Dispatch and delivery of documents.
• Purchasing stationery, Managing Fuel.
• Arranging Food.
• Organizing meetings.
• Record of Salaries to office staff.
• Record of sales and expenditures of Sub Offices.
• Maintaining Petty Cash Book, issuance of receipts.
• Building good relations with clients by solving their issues.
